The evacuation of some students at Charlestown High School has ended and classes have resumed, Boston Police said this afternoon.
Students in a portion of the sprawling complex were evacuated this morning after a suspicious package was spotted in a teachers’ lounge, said spokesman Officer James Kenneally. The school is located on Medford Street.
The bomb squad responded and determined the package was not a threat, he said.
