Boston Police have identified the young man who was shot to death in his wheelchair Thursday afternoon in the city's Dorchester section.
Officers found 24-year-old Jihad Watters, whose name has not been released, when they were called to 795 Washington St. at about 4:35 p.m., police said in a statement.
Watters was taken to Boston Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The young man was in a wheelchair, a law enforcement source said. The incident appears to be gang-related, the source also said.
