Road closures for the week of June 20

Road closures and other transportation advisories for the week ofJune 20:

Interstate 93 Northbound

Two left lanes closed in the tunnel Sunday (three lanes on Monday) from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Closure of the Exit 26 ramp to Storrow Drive and Leverett Circle and the ramp from the Sumner Tunnel to Storrow Drive with right-lane closure in the Sumner Tunnel Sunday to Thursday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Closure of the ramp from Essex Street at Lincoln Street on Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Closure of the ramp from Cross Street at New Sudbury Street and the ramp from the Sumner Tunnel on Monday and Tuesday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Interstate 93 Southbound

Two right lanes will be closed in the southbound tunnel on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11 p.m. (or one hour after a Red Sox or Garden event) to 5 a.m.

All traffic off at Exit 28 (Mystic Avenue) and back on at the ramp from Essex Street at Lincoln Street on Tuesday from 11:59 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Closure of the Exit 23 ramp to Purchase Street at Congress Street on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Closure of the Leverett Circle onramp Sunday through Thursday from 11 p.m. (or one hour after a Red Sox or Garden event) to 5 a.m.

Closure of the Mystic Avenue onramp on Tuesday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Closure of the ramp from Purchase Street at Congress Street to I-93 South and I-90 West or Albany Street via the Collector on Tuesday from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Closure of the New Chardon Street ramps to I-93 and the Callahan Tunnel on Tuesday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Interstate 90 Eastbound

Lane closures at various locations Sunday to Friday from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Left-lane closure in the Prudential Tunnel with all traffic off at Exit 22 at 11 p.m. on Sunday to Wednesday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Lane closures from the Prudential exit to Harrison Avenue on Thursday and Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Interstate 90 Westbound

Lane closures at various locations Sunday through Friday from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Lane closures from the Prudential exit to Harrison Avenue on Thursday and Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sumner Tunnel

Closure of the right lane Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Interstate 90 Connector Tunnels

Closure of the ramp from South Boston/Congress Street to I-93 and the transition ramp (Exit 24) Monday through Thursday from 11:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Closure of HOV eastbound from the I-93 North ramp to I-90 East and Frontage Road northbound at Broadway to I-90 East on Thursday and Friday from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Closure of the Frontage Road ramp to the ramp from I-93 northbound Exit 20 to I-90 east and west to I-90 West on Thursday and Friday from 11:59 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Leverett Circle Ramps including CANA Tunnel and Tobin Bridge

Closure of the southbound CANA at the ramp from Tobin Bridge to Rutherford Avenue and closure of the ramp from Leverett Circle on Tuesday from 11:59 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Charles River Basin

Permanent Right Lane closure on Route 28 Southbound (Msgr. O’Brien Highway) in front of the Museum of Science for Craigie Bridge repairs.

The work zone for the Craigie project will occupy one Boston-bound lane (inbound) of Route 28, reducing traffic from three to two lanes on Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. until further notice. Pedestrians traveling on the Boston-bound (inbound) sidewalk will be directed to travel around the work zone.
