Police ID teen fatally shot in Roxbury

Boston police have identified the teenager fatally shot on Sunday night in Roxbury. Officers found Kenneth Rackley, 19, of Roxbury, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound shortly after 10 p.m. at King Boulevard and Walnut Avenue, police said Thursday in a statement.

Rackley was taken to Boston Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead. Police urge anyone with information on the shooting to call the Homicide Unit at (617) 343-4470 or the anonymous Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 1 (800) 494- TIPS.
