A 35-year-old Salvadoran man, accused of stabbing his estranged wife to death in early May near Los Angeles, may be on the run in Massachusetts, according to the FBI.
Napoleon Castro has ties to the Worcester area and may have fled there after he was charged in California with the murder and torture of his estranged wife, the FBI said in a statement.
Castro, who goes by the nicknames “Napo” or “Trouble,” is described as about 5-foot-5, with black hair, brown eyes, and multiple tattoos, including the words "Born A Sinner" on his left arm and "Die A Sinner" on his right arm.
The FBI considers Castro armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact the nearest FBI office. The agency is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
