A Canadian teenager is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday to face charges that he indecently assaulted a boarding school classmate in a Boston hotel during a class trip, the office of Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley said.
Armin Ruzbie, 19, of Ottawa, allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old classmate on Nov. 16, 2007 when they were staying with several other classmates at the Midtown Hotel, Conley's office said in a statement.
A juvenile co-defendant is facing charges in Boston Juvenile Court, the statement said.
