Storm with mix of sleet and snow expected to move in mid-week
Groundhog Day is approaching and with it comes more snow. It may be too soon to tell if winter will last another six weeks based on the old tradition, but with mountains of snow piling up many are rooting for Phil to see no shadow.

“We are looking at a potential 6 inches or more of precipitation,” said Foley.
Monday morning is forecasted to be cold and sunny with temperature in the mid-20s. By evening temperatures are expected to plummet into single digits, Foley said.
Snow showers are expected to start mid- to late morning Tuesday and continue into the night, when sleet may move in, he said.
“Some locations will have all snow, some locations will have freezing rain, some locations will have sleet and some will have all three,” said Foley.
An accumulation of 2 to 4 inches of snow can be expected over Tuesday night, Foley said.
Clear skies and temperatures in the mid-teens are expected for tonight.
