A missing 73-year-old Newton man with Alzheimer’s disease was found in Cambridge late last night, according to the Newton Police Department.
The man is in good condition and his family is going to pick him up, said Newton Police Lieutenant Bruce Apotheker.
He went missing around 4 p.m. yesterday from Annapolis Road in Newton, which prompted an extensive search from the Newton Police Department and State Police involving ground patrols, canine units, and helicopters.
The man’s name has not been released.
