THOMPSON, Conn. (AP) — Authorities say a 92-year-old woman has died following a fire at a senior housing complex in Thompson.

Fire crews responding to a report of a fall at the Pineview Court Apartments on Wednesday morning found the apartment in flames. The fire was extinguished after about 20 minutes.

The Norwich Bulletin reports that family members said Anita Jervais was found dead inside her apartment. No cause of death has been determined.
