HARTFORD, Conn.—Hartford police have arrested two men on numerous charges stemming from a home invasion at an apartment building.
Twenty-eight-year-old Craig James and 32-year-old Kevin Hazel of West Hartford are being held on $750,000 bond each.
Police evacuated the three-story apartment building on Vine Street Sunday afternoon after James and Hazel allegedly forced their way into a unit.
