NEW YORK—Power has been restored after halting commuter train service for nearly an hour around New York's Grand Central Terminal.
Marjorie Anders of the Metro-North Railroad said the outage was reported around 2:30 p.m. Thursday. It affected service in both directions through the Park Avenue tunnel.
