MASHANTUCKET, Conn.—The operators of Connecticut's two casinos say their slot machine revenue continued its slide in February compared with the same month in 2009.

The Mashantucket Pequot Tribe, which runs Foxwoods Resort Casino and MGM Grand at Foxwoods, reported Monday that its February slot revenue was $51.6 million. That's down 11 percent from February 2009.

Mohegan Sun, which is run by the Mohegan tribe, took in $58 million last month, a drop of 7.7 percent from February 2009.

The tribes pay the state 25 percent of their slot machine revenues every month under their gaming compacts. The Mashantucket Pequots gave the state $13.4 million and the Mohegans gave $14.5 million for February.
