Police: Conn. driver killed in wrong-way crash

EAST HARTFORD, Conn.—State police say a Meriden man is dead after driving the wrong way down an East Hartford highway and colliding with another car.
Police say 26-year-old Noel Lopez was driving the wrong way on Route 15 when the accident happened early Saturday. He was taken to Hartford Hospital following the crash, where he was pronounced dead.
They say the other driver suffered a broken left leg, but is expected to survive.
Police were still investigating the crash Saturday.
