BURLINGTON, Conn.—Connecticut environmental officials are closing hiking trails at the state's Sessions Woods Wildlife Management Area in Burlington beginning Tuesday, as loggers remove trees and limbs damaged in the October snowstorm.

The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection says the work is expected to take about two weeks.

The Sessions Woods Conservation Education Center and exhibit area will remain open during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
