Few power outages remain in wake of Conn. storms

BERLIN, Conn.—Connecticut Light & Power is reporting that 263 customers are without power, down substantially after storms moved through the state.
The outage total early Monday morning was down from 1,263 earlier and a high of more than 11,000 late Sunday afternoon. The
