Dane Cook wasn't feeling like "Good Luck Chuck" after he found out that his half brother embezzled millions in a series of thefts that included cashing a forged $3 million check as he was being ousted as Cook's business manager.

Darryl McCauley, 45, of Wilmington, managed Cook's finances since the early 1990s. McCauley was sentenced to five to six years in October after pleading guilty to the theft.
