Cost cutting
Dartmouth College's president, James Wright, called for various cost-cutting measures on Nov. 12. He announced that $40 million in cuts over the next two fiscal years must be made to prevent a reduction in financial aid.From July to September, the university's endowment dropped $220 million to $3.4 billion.
