Fall foliage gets early start
The foliage was starting to turn near Presque Isle, Maine as seen at dawn on Saturday, September 26, 2009.
Scientists say it is going to be a banner year for foliage -- the wet weather of the early summer along with the last two weeks of warm summer days and cool nights will result in dramatic color.
