LAGRANGE, Maine (AP) — Maine fire officials are investigating a fire that destroyed a home in LaGrange, north of Bangor.

The LaGrange fire chief says two people were at home when the fire broke out Saturday night and they were able to get out safely.

WLBZ-TV (http://on.wlbz2.com/ZsvAF6 ) reports that the home is considered a total loss.

The cause of the fire has not been determined.
