MINNEAPOLIS—Lottery officials say they have an "apparent" winner of a Powerball prize worth $180.1 million.

Marie Hinton of the Minnesota State Lottery says officials have heard from someone who says they hold the winning ticket, but there won't be any announcement until the ticket is presented and verified.

She says that will probably happen within the next couple of days.

Lottery officials have said the sole winning Powerball ticket from Saturday night's drawing was sold somewhere in Rice County of southern Minnesota.

This is the state's largest ever Powerball jackpot prize.
