HARRISON, Maine—State police say a 43-year-old Harrison woman has been indicted on a murder charge in the death of her infant son two months ago.
Pamela Henderson was taken into custody Friday afternoon by two state police detectives at the home of a friend in Harrison. Her arrest followed an indictment earlier in the day by the Cumberland County Grand Jury.
Henderson was taken to the Cumberland County Jail in Portland and will make her first appearance Monday or Tuesday in Superior Court.
Henderson's 3 1/2-month-old son Zachary died March 5 at Henderson's home. State police investigated with the Attorney General's office. The cause of the baby's death has not been disclosed.
