Tow-truck funeral planned for Maine tow operator

AUBURN, Maine --A Maine tow truck operator who died last week has been celebrated with 50 tow trucks lining up in his funeral procession.

Harold "Jack" Clark of Auburn, who died Tuesday night at age 83, was laid to rest Saturday after the unusual procession.

Clark was known for his kindness to others, and he loaned money to others to get started in the business.

Clark's daughter Helen Melanson said the procession is something Clark once organized for a friend and fellow tow truck driver. This time, tow truck drivers from all over Maine came out with their trucks to say goodbye to Clark.
