Coke 'n Mentos guys experiment with sticky notes
BUCKFIELD, Maine --Those guys in lab coats who gained fame by creating geysers with Mentos candy and Diet Coke are back at it.
This time, Maine's Fritz Grobe and Stephen Voltz plan to create waterfalls using the ubiquitous office supply: sticky notes.
On Friday, the duo will unveil a teaser video of their new creation at the Comic-Con International gathering in San Diego. And next month, they plan to host a Los Angeles film crew in Buckfield to document the new "experiment."
Grobe and Voltz shot to fame with their Coke-and-Mentos Internet videos. They've performed on the "The Late Show with David Letterman" and the "Today" show, and have given performances in Europe.
