OSSIPEE, N.H.—A Tamworth, N.H., man accused of driving the getaway car after a Maine woman's murder last year plans to plead guilty.

The New Hampshire attorney general's office says a plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled Tuesday for Trevor Ferguson. He was charged with conspiring to rob 20-year-old Krista Dittmeyer of Portland, Maine, whose body was found in a snowmaking pond at Cranmore Mountain in Conway last year. The discovery came four days after Dittmeyer's car was found idling in the ski area's parking lot with her 14-month-old daughter unharmed inside.

Anthony Papile (Pah-PEEL) of Ossipee pleaded guilty last month to second-degree murder and was sentenced to 50 years in prison. Prosecutors say Ferguson agreed to give Papile a ride home from the ski area in exchange for money and drugs.
