Registration is open for this year's Watertown Open Studios,  which will take place Nov. 10 and 11. Artists must either live, work, or make art in Watertown to participate in the event. The fee is $35 until 5 p.m. Wednesday; after that, registration costs $50. In addition to having a Watertown affiliation, artists must commit to volunteering a minimum of four hours toward the open studios effort, and should be able to attend the entire event, which will be held at Turtle Studios  and private homes, galleries, and studios throughout town.
