Independent evaluations of the swimming pool and filtration system at Patton Park indicate the need for rebuilding or replacement, said Town Manager Michael Lombardo. “We are unlikely to open the pool in its current state for another year,” said Lombardo, who expects funding the project, possibly through the Community Preservation Act, to come in front of residents at this fall’s Special Town Meeting. Hamilton-Wenham recreation director Sean Timmons is gathering cost estimates, Lombardo said.
