The Citizens School Transportation Committee will hold its first public hearing from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the upstairs meeting room at Town Hall. The committee was established by Special Town Meeting to search for ways to maintain the school district’s transportation department. The committee has been meeting every two weeks to gather information. The hearing will feature presentations by committee members on their findings on safety, costs, potential sites, and level of service. The panel is also seeking feedback from the community.
