The City of Quincy Substance Abuse Drug Task Force hosted a candlelight vigil on Aug.17 to remember people lost to drug overdose and to give hope and to those battling drug addiction. People from the South Shore and Boston filled the bleachers at Veterans Memorial Stadium to light a candle for someone, or multiple people, who they loved and lost.
