The Mansfield Fire Department will offer a Friends and Family cardiopulmonary resuscitation class, training participants on the correct way to administer CPR on adults, children, and infants, at 7 p.m., Sept. 18, at the Plymouth Street fire station. The class also trains attendees on what to do for choking victims. The program is free for town residents. CPR certification cards are not issued to participants as part of the training. If certification is needed, contact the fire prevention office at 508-261-7492. Pre-registration is required for the Friends and Family class. end of story marker
