Wayland names new building commissioner

Jay Abelli has been appointed the new building commissioner in Wayland. Abelli has worked for the town as building inspector for the past 14 years, and has been certified as both a building inspector and as a building commissioner. He replaces Dan Bennett, who left the Wayland job in early June.
