A strategic planning seminar will be held Sept. 27 at 6:30 p.m. at Good Days Restaurant, 99 South Main St., to discuss upgrading the town’s infrastructure. The group will go through the 2001 master plan and discuss changes, including noting what has been completed and what remains to be done. New participants are welcome.
