A mother and her son were charged with drug possession and released on bail Friday, Wareham police said. Sherri Lafrance, 37, was charged with possession of a Class B substance, and her son Terrell Lafrance, 21, was charged with possession of Class D substances with intent to distribute, police said. Officers executed a search warrant Friday for illegal drugs at 8 Fannies Lane and found 46 small plastic bags filled with marijuana and a digital scale, as well as more bags in the son’s room, police said. A small bag containing cocaine was found in the mother’s room, police said.
