Special Town Meeting will convene Oct. 10 at 7:30 p.m. in the Bellingham High School auditorium. Warrant articles to be considered include funding for the installation of artificial turf at the high school athletic fields; the renovation of the lower level of Bellingham Memorial Middle School; and design engineering related to roadway improvements on Hartford Avenue between Arrowhead Road and Medway town line.
