There will be a presentation Wednesday on basic rights for parents of children in special education classes. The event will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. in the library at the Freeman-Kennedy Elementary School, 70 Boardman St. Presented by the Norfolk, Plainville, Wrentham, and King Philip Regional school districts, the presentation will cover program eligibility, types of disabilities, participation, evaluations, individual educational plans, and other relevant topics.
