Nice 1-2 punch for the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in a 3-1 field hockey victory over Salem State Sept. 29. Freshman Cory Connolly  (Duxbury High) scored all her team’s goals and junior goalkeeper Lauren O’Brien  (Old Rochester) had five saves. On Tuesday, UMD (7-3 overall, 6-0 Little East Conference) got a goal and two assists from Connolly in a 4-0 win over Eastern Connecticut. Also suiting up for the Corsairs are senior defender Michaela Johnston  (Mansfield High), freshman forward/midfielder Alison Ladue  (Bridgewater-Raynham), and freshman backup keeper Liz Delaney  (Foxborough High).
