Among five articles on the warrant for the Monday’s Special Town Meeting is one that seeks approximately $400,000 to $550,000 for a feasibility study and schematic design for the Hadley Elementary School on Redington Street. The School Building Committee is seeking to determine the exact price tag this week. The study is eligible for a 45.32 percent reimbursement from the Massachusetts School Building Authority, but to be accepted for reimbursement, the study must be supported by a two-thirds majority at Special Town Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. in Swampscott High School on Essex Street.
