A Brockton woman was killed after her vehicle was struck by a man fleeing police Friday, the Plymouth district attorney’s office said. The vehicle of Maryanne Kotsiopoulos, 49, was hit by a car being driven by Antwoin Moore, 27, of Brockton, who was being pursued at around 4:30 p.m., the district attorney’s office said. Moore drove into the intersection of Centre and Quincy streets at a high rate of speed and struck Kotsiopoulos’s vehicle, causing a multiple-vehicle crash, according to the statement. Kotsiopoulos was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Moore is being charged with manslaughter, along with numerous other charges, the DA’s office said. end of story marker
