Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley will lead a public discussion Thursday at the Marshfield Council on Aging. She plans to address efforts to make utility companies better prepared to respond to natural disasters, to help homeowners facing foreclosure, and to prevent crimes against the elderly, according to the office of Representative James Cantwell, a Marshfield Democrat who invited her to speak. The talk begins at 2 p.m. at 230 Webster St.
