The Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce will present a breakfast and Sixth Congressional District debate on Oct. 26 at Cruiseport Gloucester, Rowe Square. Incumbent US Representative John Tierney and challengers Richard Tisei and Daniel Fishman have all confirmed their participation. Breakfast is scheduled for 7:30 a.m., with the debate to run for approximately 90 minutes beginning at 8 a.m. The public is welcome, but space is limited.
