Town Manager Troy Clarkson has set a timeline for handling the town’s $45 million   budget for fiscal 2014, which begins next July 1. During a meeting this month, Clarkson told selectmen he will be sending out a budget memo to all town departments on Thursday,   which are due back to him with funding requests by Dec. 3. Then, the spending plan will go to selectmen on Jan. 7 for review. Board members must have their discussions and then send the budget to the Advisory Committee by Jan. 21 for further review.
