Town clerk Mary K. Galvin is reminding voters that there are three questions on the state ballot at Tuesday’s election. To avoid lines, Galvin is encouraging residents to prepare and have their answers decided before entering the polling booth. In other election advisories, Galvin said that Monday at noon is the deadline to apply for an absentee ballot, which must then be received by the clerk’s office by Election Day. Anyone who did not return their 2012 town census has been placed on the town’s inactive voter list. To cast a ballot Tuesday, they will need to complete an application and provide identification at the polling place. Anyone who registered to vote by mail or at the Registry of Motor Vehicles will also be required to show identification. For more information, call the clerk’s office at 781-246-6383.
