A US Postal Service worker from Roxbury was charged with stealing at least two iPhones from packages, said US Attorney Carmen M. Ortiz’s office. Louis Dozier, 55, pleaded not guilty to charges of mail theft, Ortiz’s office said Wednesday. Dozier could face up to five years in prision and as much as a $250,000 fine if convicted, Oritz’s office said.
