Andover is offering down payment and closing cost help to income-eligible first-time home buyers. Qualified home buyers purchasing a single-family home or condominium in Andover may receive 10 percent of the purchase price, up to $15,000, in assistance. The program aims to help low- and moderate-income home buyers purchase property. Household income limits range from $45,500 per year for a single-member household to $80,600 for a seven-member household. The property must be the household’s primary residence during the term of the loan.
