The South Shore YMCA will host its 12th Annual Enchanted Evening fund-raiser on Nov. 30 at the Boston Marriott Quincy from 6 to 11 p.m. to help support YMCA members. The event, which is expected to raise $250,000, is the organization’s biggest fund-raising event for the year, and is critical for the organization’s day-to-day work, said Kathleen O’Brien, director of marketing and communications for the South Shore Y. “It’s really for our annual support campaign . . . that’s our campaign that supports financial-services assistance and scholarships for individuals and families in need across all our locations,” she said. The South Shore Y will put on the event with their community partner, Campanelli, a real estate company. Chef Paul Wahlberg of Alma Nove and Billy Costa from Kiss 108 will be a part of the evening. Silent and live auctions, awards, dinner, and dancing will also be part of the festivities. Individual tickets are $150; for more information, visit www.ssymca.org/donations or contact Mary Orne at 781-829-8585, ext. 306.
