Special Town Meeting will convene this week to tackle additional funding requests for the construction of a new Estabrook Elementary School, and tax incentives requested for the expansion of Vistaprint Inc.’s facility in town. The meeting will begin Monday at 7:30 p.m. in the Cary Memorial Building. Voters will be asked to approve about $2.5 million in additional funding for the Estabrook replacement project, said School Committee chairwoman Margaret Coppe. Town Meeting approved about $40 million for the new school last spring, Coppe said, but the increasing cost of construction materials is driving the request for additional funding. Town Meeting will also be asked to approve about $1.5 million in funding for street, sidewalk, and drainage improvements along Grove Street and Robinson Road near the new school. The proposed tax incentive financing agreement with Vistaprint would encourage the Paris-headquartered company to expand its facility at 95 Hayden Ave., which serves as the base of its US operations.
