The Metropolitan Area Planning Council is scheduled to present a draft report of its Community Visioning Study at the Planning Board meeting Dec. 10. The study focuses on the Humphrey Street business area, the neighborhood near the commuter rail station, and the stretch of Burrill Street that connects them. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Senior Center, 200 Essex St.
