BOSTON (AP) — More than 400 youths are gathering at a Boston hotel for the 2012 Northeast Regional Keystone Conference.
The youths ages 14 through 18, from Maryland to Maine, are gathering Saturday at the Westin Copley Place Hotel to focus on three areas — community service; academic success; and career preparation.
The participants will network and share ideas.
Activities include community service efforts, celebrity speakers, college tours and job shadowing opportunities.
The conference is hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Boston and sponsored by Sovereign-Santander bank.
