BayPath Elder Services, a Marlborough-based nonprofit organization that provides home and community-based services for senior citizens in 14 area communities, has received a $14,672 grant from the Tufts Health Plan Foundation. The grant will help fund Healthy Aging MetroWest: Making Cultural Connections, a BayPath program that provides information on how to prevent falls and handle chronic diseases to Mandarin-speaking seniors in Framingham public housing. The program will kick off in February and run through the end of next year.
