After an ongoing investigation, Topsfield Police made four arrests in connection with alleged illegal sale and distribution of drugs in the area. Arrested were Jason Gachignard, 28, of Lynn; Charles Spoto, 22, of Peabody; Jeremy Slager, 31, of Lynn; and Patrycja Zysk, 21, of Topsfield.
