Braintree officials have launched a donation campaign to provide towels and toiletries to Father Bill’s & MainSpring’s emergency shelters around the South Shore. The shelters are above capacity, according to the organization, and in dire need of new supplies. Officials have placed a box in the lobby of Town Hall, where they are hoping to collect necessities such as twin sheets, towels, undergarments, sweatpants, socks, toothbrushes, shampoo, deodorant, and first-aid items. For more information, visit the town’s website at braintreema.gov  or call the development office at Father Bill’s at 617-376-2255.   end of story marker
